Satin Cord Nylon is 100% synthetic nylon jewelry and craft project cord. It is very durable and has a lovely sheen. It is very easily handled, and is a great cord for chinese knotting cord, kumihimo and even micro macrame projects.
Our experience is that nylon cord hand washes well in cold water cleaners and lies flat to dry well. There seems to be minimal shrinkage, fraying or fading.
Nylon cord ends may be singed and will melt, not burn. Singe with a light hand. Practice makes perfect.
