HOW DOES FREE SHIPPING WORK?
Our shopping cart has the option of Free Shipping for orders of $25.00 or more to Us and Canada (Canadian Packages must be under 4 pounds to ship free - otherwise the package must be mailed by USPS Priority Mail or DHL.) Orders below $25.00 have very low shipping costs.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING OTHER THAN CANADA?
We ship to most countries by quote and shipping invoice only. You may place your order and then pay the shipping separately, or pay by email invoice for the whole total. We will subtract the cost of free shipping to the US from your order total if your order is over $25.00.

HOW LONG AFTER I ORDER THE ITEMS MUST I WAIT UNTIL SHIPPING OCCURS?
Most orders are out in 1-3 business days from the time payment is received and cleared. We will email you if this differs in any way. If your product is custom made, the processing will be longer before shipping. We will give you this information with each individual case. 

WHAT IF I NEED AN ITEM RIGHT AWAY?
Please contact us for more information and assistance. We may be able to ship your package sooner. We reserve the right to choose the most economical shipping for our Free Shipping options, but we have other methods available for an additional fee. We may be able to offer you USPS Priority Mail, Express Mail, Global Priority Mail and Global Express Mail.

HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY PACKAGE SHIPS?
Being able to track your package gives you some needed control over your purchase. You will receive an email just after purchase with an estimated shipping date - usually 1-3 business days after payment is received and cleared. We will also notify you by email when your package ships. We keep all information pertinent to your package shipping. Do not hesitate to contact us if you need assistance.

We offer insurance to US Zip Codes at an additional cost to you at checkout. We provide complimentary insurance to orders over $100.00.
