HOW DOES FREE SHIPPING WORK?
We love to answer this FAQ - Our shopping cart delivers free shipping on orders with a total of $6.00 and higher - to United States Zips and Canada. We are only shipping to the USA and Canada at this time.

HOW LONG AFTER I ORDER THE ITEMS MUST I WAIT UNTIL SHIPPING OCCURS?
Most orders are out in 1-3 business days from the time payment is received and cleared. We will email you if this differs in any way. 

WHAT IF I NEED AN ITEM RIGHT AWAY?
Please contact us for assistance. We may be able to ship your package sooner. We reserve the right to choose the most economical shipping for our Free Shipping options, but we have other methods available for an additional fee. We may be able to offer you USPS Priority Mail, Express Mail, Global Priority Mail and Global Express Mail.

HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY PACKAGE SHIPS?
This is always an FAQ that needs answering. Being able to track your package gives your some needed control over your purchase. You will receive an email just after purchase with an estimated shipping date - usually 1-3 business days after payment is received and cleared. We will also notify you by email when your package ships. We keep all information pertinent to your package shipping. Do not hesitate to contact us if you need assistance.

DO YOU OFFER SHIPPING INSURANCE?
We offer insurance to US Zip Codes at an additional cost to you at checkout. We provide delivery confirmation to US Zip Codes. If you are a Canadian customer and wish to purchase insurance or other special shipping options, please contact us and we will let you know the options available for your country.
