WHAT TYPES OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
In answering this FAQ, we hope to enable you to plan properly for your order before you place it. We use PayPal Website Payments Pro, which accepts payment from your PayPal account or from Major Credit Cards if you do not have a PayPal account. We also accept Money Orders and Personal or Cashier's Checks as payment. We wait until checks or money orders clear. If you want to make payment by money order or check, just print a copy of your shopping cart page before completing checkout and mail it to us with your payment to the following address:

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We must answer this FAQ, but we hope that all orders are satisfactory. While we make every attempt to provide quality products, we understand that at some times, a product may need to be returned for various reasons. We will make every attempt possible to resolve the issue and/or exchange the product before a return takes place. In the event that you are concerned about a purchase, please contact us so that we can discuss the solution to everyone's satisfaction.
ARE YOUR ITEMS ALWAYS IN STOCK?
Occasionally we may be out of stock. Our website is inventory controlled and you will know if an item is out before ordering. Discontinued items should show up on our Clearance page.
WHY DO YOU HAVE TO CHARGE SALES TAX?
This common FAQ asks about a necessity of doing business. We don't like to charge more money, but we have no choice. Florida residents must pay 6% sales tax because our business is based in Florida. Florida law says that this tax is imposed on the product as well as shipping and handling for online or mail order sales. If you are tax exempt, you must mail or email us a copy of your certificate. Once we have it on file, you are good for the year. We absorb any discretionary tax charged.
